摘  要:彩色不锈钢既具有耐腐蚀性,又具有装饰性,应用领域广泛。不锈钢着色技术作为新工艺有着广阔的前景。试验利用电解着色方法,在铬酸-硫酸体系下,通过控制影响着色主要因素:时间、温度、电压及占空比,观察着色色膜变化规律,对不锈钢表面快速着色进行了研究。结果表明,采用优选后的最佳工艺参数着色,色膜生长速率快,色膜颜色由浅至深依次瞬态呈现,可获取预期色彩:茶色、紫色、绿色等多种颜色;所获得色膜均匀度一致,粘附性、延展性、重现性好,易于控制;电解着色法工艺简单,易操作,节约成本,可降低着色液温度,缩短着色时间,提高色膜质量。Colorized stainless steel not only has excellent corrosion resistance,but also is decorative,therefore,it has a wide range of application,and stainless steel coloring technology as a new process has broad prospects.In chromic-sulfuric acid system,the variation law of coloring film and the rapid coloring of stainless steel surface were studied by using the technique of electrolytic coloring,through controlling the main influence factors,time,temperature,voltage and duty ratio.The experimental results showed that coloring film of the sample obtained by the optimized parameters had a fast growth rate,and its color was transiently presented from shallow to deep,which can obtain the expected color,brown,purple,green,etc.Besides,the coloring film had good uniformity,adhesion and ductility,and its color had good reproducibility which was easy to control.Electrolytic coloring method can save costs,reduce the temperature of the coloring liquid,shorten the coloring time and improve the quality of the color film,with its simple process and operation.
