摘 要:通过焊接高氮不锈钢,采用室温拉伸、扫描电镜等方法研究了一种绞股焊丝的电弧行为及其焊缝的宏观形貌、微观组织和力学性能,并与单丝的焊接进行对比。结果表明,与单丝相比,绞股焊丝的电弧具有旋转特性,有利于实现焊接能量的均匀分布、焊缝组织和成分的均匀化。2种焊丝的焊缝组织均为树枝状的铁素体和奥氏体基体,但绞股焊丝在更高的表观热输入量条件下获得了更小的焊缝热影响区,焊接缺陷更少,焊缝横向拉伸强度和塑性均大幅提高。Through welded high nitrogen stainless steel,the arc behaviour of a new type of twisted wire and the macroscopic morphology,microstructure and mechanical properties of the weld for the high nitrogen stainless steel were studied by means of stretching at room temperature,scanning electron microscope and so on,and was compared with the traditional single wire.The results showed that the arc of the twisted wire had a characteristics of rotation compared with the single wire,which was beneficial to achieve the uniform distribution of welding heat input,the refinement of weld microstructure and the homogenization of chemical composition.The weld microstructures of the two kinds of welding wires were both dendritic ferrite and austenite matrix,while the twisted wire obtained a smaller heat affected zone under the condition of the higher heat input,and the weld defects were more less,the transverse tensile strength and plasticity of the weld were greatly much better.
