摘  要:油管腐蚀问题日益严重,是影响油田生产安全的主要因素之一。其中,均匀腐蚀是导致油气管道失效的主要形式,但对于油管的腐蚀评价难以得出明确、直接的评价标准。因此,应用ABAQUS软件建立了20种均匀腐蚀损伤油管三维模型,模拟并得到了88.9 mm油管均匀腐蚀缺陷深度、位置、环向宽度、轴向长度对油管剩余强度的影响规律。研究结果表明:均匀腐蚀深度增加,油管剩余强度快速减小,均匀腐蚀深度0.5~2.0 mm范围内,外壁均匀腐蚀油管剩余强度下降约41 MPa,内壁均匀腐蚀油管剩余强度下降约33 MPa;与外壁均匀腐蚀相比,内壁均匀腐蚀更危险;当均匀腐蚀环向宽度逐渐增加(100—140 mm)时,油管剩余强度几乎处于平稳状态,整体上有轻微下降,当油管均匀腐蚀轴向长度增加(100—140 mm)时有相同的规律性特点。The problem of the oil pipe corrosion has been becoming more and more serious,which was one of the main factors that affecting the production safety of oil fields.What’s more,uniform corrosion was the main form of oil and gas pipeline failure,but it was difficult to get clear and direct evaluation standards for oil pipe corrosion evaluation.Therefore,by using ABAQUS software,20 kinds of 3D models of uniform corrosion damaged tubing were established,and the effects of uniform corrosion defects depth,position,circumferential width,and axial length of 88.9 mm tubing on the residual strength were simulated and obtained.The results showed that with the increasing of the uniform corrosion depth,the residual strength of the oil pipe decreased rapidly,uniform corrosion depth of tubing ranged from 0.5 mm to 2.0 mm,the residual strength of the externally corroded tubing decreased by about 41 MPa,and the residual strength of the internally corroded tubing decreased by about 33 MPa.Compared with uniform corrosion on the outer wall,uniform corrosion on the inner wall was more dangerous.When the uniform corrosion circumferential width gradually increased(100-140 mm),the residual strength of the oil pipe was almost stable,and there was a slight decrease overall.The uniform corrosion axial length of tubing increased(100-140 mm)with the same regularity.
