摘 要:高强钢管道环焊缝失效后果严重,受到业界高度关注。国内部分管道企业开展了安全质量风险排查,取得了一些进展,消除了一部分安全隐患,但受限于检测、评价、修复等技术瓶颈以及对环焊缝失效机理的认知局限,管道环焊缝失效风险依然存在。以影响环焊缝失效的缺陷、应力、性能为出发点,对环焊缝缺陷的检测与识别、附加应力检测与载荷校核、焊缝力学性能等方面的技术现状与存在问题等展开深入分析与探讨,给出了造成环焊缝失效的主要原因,并提出开展下一步焊缝风险减缓工作的3方面建议,以期为高强钢管道环焊缝风险排查提供技术参考。The failure consequence of girth weld in high strength steel pipeline is very serious,which has been highly concerned by the industry.Some domestic pipeline enterprises have carried out safety and quality risk investigation,made some progress,and eliminated some safety hazards.However,limited by technical bottlenecks such as inspection,evaluation and repair,as well as the cognitive bottleneck of the failure mechanism of girth weld,the failure risk of girth weld still exists.Focus on the three main factors that cause the failure of girth weld,which are defects,stress and properties,this paper analyzes and discusses the technical status and existing problems of girth weld defect detection and identification,additional stress detection and load check,mechanical properties of weld,etc.,gives the main reasons for the failure of girth weld,and puts forward three suggestions for further risk mitigation of weld.It is expected to provide technical reference for the risk investigation of girth weld of high strength steel pipeline.
