精准扶贫背景下高等院校贫困大学生的认定与精准资助措施研究

摘　　要：本文从精准扶贫与高等院校精准资助的关系入手,分析高等院校贫困大学生认定工作面临的困境,创造性地提出高等院校贫困大学生认定方式与完善方式,并探索出高等院校贫困大学生的精准资助措施,构建高等院校、社会与国家三位一体的有偿资助体系、健全资助名额的分配机制等诸多方面,最终实现精准资助。This article starts with the relationship between targeted poverty alleviation and precision funding for colleges and universities,analyzes the dilemma faced by the identification of poor college students in colleges and universities,proposes innovations and improvements in the way of identifying college poor college students,and explores poor college students in colleges and universities This measure includes the following aspects:constructing a paid subsidy system of higher education institutions,society and the state,and improving the allocation mechanism of funding quotas.
