云南省跨境电商海外仓建设发展研究

摘　　要：随着跨境电商的发展,海外仓建设成为必然。海外仓建设在宏观层面可促进跨境电商发展,提升跨境电商国际竞争力,在微观层面能解决跨境电商物流成本高、时效慢、本土化水平低等问题。由于起步晚、基础弱,云南省跨境电商海外仓建设面临着缺乏整体布局规划、建设模式不清晰以及本土化水平不够等问题。因此,云南省在加快海外仓建设中应加大政策扶持力度、优化布局规划、明确建设模式和提升本土化水平,以促进云南省跨境电商发展以及深化与东南亚、南亚国家经贸关系。With the development of cross-border e-commerce,the construction of overseas warehouse is inevitable.The construction of overseas warehouse can promote the development and enhance the international competitiveness of cross-border e-commerce,and solve the problems of high cost,slow efficiency of logistics and low localization level of cross-border e-commerce.Due to the late start and weak infrastructure,the construction of cross-border e-commerce overseas warehouse of Yunnan Province is facing with problems such as lack of overall layout planning,unclear construction mode and insufficient localization level.Therefore,in order to promote the development of cross-border e-commerce and deepen the economic and trade relations with Southeast Asia and South Asia countries,Yunnan Province should strengthen the support of policies,optimize the layout planning,choose the right construction mode and improve the localization level in order to accelerate the construction of overseas warehouses.
