摘　　要：文中通过对某地区电机厂的供应物流链的描述基于精益物流的背景下对制造企业生产物流系统优化进行了分析,利用物流优化模式实现电机厂物资处组织机构和供应物流业务的调整,促进信息化和高效化的物流管理优化目标。In this paper,based on the description of the supply logistics chain of a regional motor factory,the optimization of the production logistics system of manufacturing enterprises is analyzed under the background of lean logistics.The logistics optimization mode is used to realize the adjustment of the organization and supply logistics business of the material Department of the motor factory,and promote the optimization goal of information and efficient logistics management.
