摘　　要：结合现场实际生产,通过分析噪声产生的原因、治理方法,计算材料的吸音量和隔音量,对比实际和理论隔音效果选取最佳的隔音材料以达到最佳的降噪效果,并且通过试验验证方法可行,能够达到较好的隔音效果,满足生产需要。对以后陶瓷生产过程中产生的噪声提供了合理有效的解决方法和指导作用。In order to achieve the best noise reduction effect,and through the test verification method is feasible by analyzing the causes of noise,treatment methods,calculating the sound absorption and volume isolation of materials,and comparing the actual and theoretical sound insulation effects,selecting the best sound insulation materials,in combination with the actual production on site.It can achieve better sound insulation effect and meet the production needs.It provides a reasonable and effective solution and guidance for the noise produced in the ceramic production process.
