摘　　要：膝骨关节炎是一种常见的慢性疾病。关节病变造成的功能障碍,严重影响了病人生活质量。而关节炎自我管理对改善病人身体症状、缓解疼痛、提高自我管理能力及生活质量具有重要意义。本文就膝骨关节炎自我管理相关概念、干预内容、干预模式、干预工具以及评估量表进行综述,以期为临床提供参考和借鉴。Knee osteoarthritis is a common chronic disease.The dysfunction caused by joint lesions seriously affects the life quality of patients.Arthritis self-management is of great significance to improve patients’physical symptoms,relieve pain,improve self-management ability and quality of life.This paper reviews the related concept with of self-management of knee osteoarthritis,intervention contents,intervention mode,intervention tools as well as evaluation rating scales,so as to to provide the reference and basis for clinical practice.
