精细化护理在卵圆孔未闭封堵患者围手术期的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨精细化护理在卵圆孔未闭封堵患者围手术期的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2019年5月进行卵圆孔未闭封堵的患者140例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,每组70例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组采用精细化护理,比较2组焦虑抑郁评分、术日血压心率情况、并发症和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的焦虑抑郁评分、并发症发生、血压和心率均低于对照组(P<0.05),护理满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对卵圆孔未闭封堵患者实施精细化护理,可以改善患者的焦虑抑郁状态,稳定血压心率,减少术后并发症,提高患者的护理满意率,值得在临床广泛推广。Objective To investigate the application effects of refined nursing for the patients with patent foramen ovale at perioperative period.Methods A total of 140 patients with patent foramen ovale who were treated by blocking of patent oval foramen from October 2018 to May 2019 in our hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 70 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated by routine nursing,however,the patients in observation group were treated by refined nursing.The anxiety-depression degree score,comfort status,blood pressure,heart rate,complications and nursing satisfaction degree were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety-depression degree score,comfort status,blood pressure,heart rate,incidence rate of complications in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Moreover the comfort levels of patients and nursing satisfaction degree in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing for patients with patent foramen ovale can improve the anxiety-depression status of patients,stabilize blood pressure and heart rate of patients,decrease poetoperative complications,and improve the patient’s satisfaction rate.Therefor,it is worthy of appplication and promotion in clinical practice.
