摘　　要：目的:外用避孕药(杀精剂)是一种可由女性主动采用的避孕措施。目前国内外使用的杀精剂主要有壬苯醇醚(NP-9)、苯扎氯铵、普萘洛尔(心得安)和氯化苄烷铵等。经过对相关文献整理和分析,发现我国临床观察效果和国外数据不同,杀精剂属于有效避孕方法。Topical contraceptive(spermicides)is a kind of contraceptives that can be actively used by women.At present,spermicides used at home and abroad are mainly nonyl alcohol ether(NP-9),benzalkonium chloride,propranolol,and benzyl ammonium chloride.After collating and analyzing the relevant literature,it is found that the clinical effect based on research from China is different from foreign data.Spermicide is an effective contraception.
