摘  要:以西藏藏木水电站为例,采用Mike21c软件进行溃坝洪水模拟,计算出溃坝坝址处水位流量过程线以及下游洪水演进过程中各断面的流量、水位、流速、洪峰到达时间等,为评估河道下游两岸的受灾程度做基础,为相关部门制定防灾减灾预案提供依据。Taking Tibet Zangmu Hydropower Station as an example,the software Mike21c was used to simulate the dam-break flood,and the water level and flow process line at the dam-break site and the flow,water level,flow velocity,and peak arrival time of each section in the downstream flood evolution process were calculated to provide a basis for assessing the extent of disasters on both sides of the lower reaches and for relevant authorities to formulate plans for disaster prevention and mitigation.
