摘　　要：对Agile软件开发的价值观和原则进行了概述,接着详细介绍了Scrum的实施流程和Agile软件开发中的关键实践,以及实施Agile软件开发对软件组织的益处,最后说明了单独使用Agile软件开发并不足以解决软件开发面临的问题,要通过结合CMM/CMMI成熟度模型不断提升软件组织的核心竞争力。Overviewed the values and principles of Agile software development.Introduced the process of Scrum implementation,core practices in Agile software development,and the benefits of implementing Agile software development for software organization in detail.Finally,showed that the use of Agile software development alone is not enough to solve the problems faced by software development,by combining the CMM/CMMI maturity model to continuously the core competitiveness of software organizations can be improved.
