个体化转型下农民谋利型抗争的行动逻辑

摘　　要：在个体化转型视角下,农民的谋利型抗争动机和行动策略被中国式个体化进程中的国家权威、社会关系网络和核心家庭共同形塑。通过分析L镇的一起公共设施征地纠纷可以发现:农民谋利性抗争取向形成于农村社会个体化发展过程中权利义务观的失衡和社会福利保障的欠缺,让具有“无公德个人”风险的弱势农民只能在风险社会通过增强核心家庭的经济实力寻求安全保障。同时,由于农村个体化进程中国家的主导性地位和社会关系的工具化定位,抗争农民通过利益诉求正义化、抗争手段合法化和合作网络工具化的策略性行动来提高抗争成效。乡村社会个体化转型带来公共利益让位于个人利益的失序行为,需要在国家与乡村社会的良性互动中予以改善。In the process of individualization transformation,peasants′profit-seeking protest motivation and action strategy were co-shaped by the state authority,social network and nuclear family.Through the analysis of a protest in L town over the land requisition for public facilities,we find:in the development of rural social individualization,firstly,peasants′profit-seeking orientation is formed by the imbalance of rights and obligations and the lack of social welfare safeguard,which make the underprivileged peasants with the risk of“no morality individuals”have to improve their security in the risk society by strengthening economic strength of the nuclear family.Secondly,due to the dominant position of the country and the instrumentalization of social relations in the process of rural individualization,peasants have to take the strategic actions of packing the interests with justice,legalizing protest means and iinstrumentalizing cooperation network to make the protest more effective.The public interest gives way to the individual interest in the individualization transformation needs to be improved in the positive interaction between the state and rural society.
