摘　　要：本文从系统化管理的角度,重点介绍新冠肺炎疫情期综合医院非隔离病区环境管理、人员管理、物品管理、流程管理、紧急预案、健康宣教及风险沟通等方面的相关建议和流程要点及思路,以供降低院内病区感染风险、确保医患安全、维持正常医疗秩序借鉴。From the perspective of systematic management,this paper focuses on related suggestions and the key points of process and mentality in aspects of environment management,personnel management,item management,process management,emergency response,health education,and risk communication of non-isolated wards in general hospitals during COVID-19 outbreak in order to reduce the risks of infection in hospital wards,ensure the safety of doctors and patients,and maintain the normal medical order.
