摘 要:以芍药品种‘大富贵’和‘雪山紫玉’为材料,对芍药花开放和衰老过程中花瓣营养物质含量和内源激素动态变化进行了比较研究.结果表明,在芍药花开放前期,可溶性糖含量保持平稳,盛开期急剧升高,衰败初期有所降低;可溶性蛋白质含量随着花朵的开放逐渐升高,衰败初期降低;与‘雪山紫玉’相比,‘大富贵’可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量变化幅度较大.在花朵开放和衰老过程中,两品种游离氨基酸含量均持续升高.随着芍药花朵的开放和衰老,GA3含量先降低后升高;GA4含量持续降低;ABA含量持续升高;ZR含量变化幅度较小;‘大富贵’IAA含量相对稳定,‘雪山紫玉’IAA含量呈“V”字形变化.与‘雪山紫玉’相比,‘大富贵’IAA/ABA和IAA/GA3比值较低,而ZR/GA3和ABA/GA4比值较高.芍药开花过程中可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白质含量变化平缓,较低的游离氨基酸含量,较高的IAA含量、较低的ABA含量,高比值的IAA/ABA和IAA/GA3,低比值的ZR/GA3和ABA/GA4,有利于单朵花期的延长.本研究结果可供生产中利用外源激素调控芍药花期,提高芍药观赏价值和促进切花产业发展,并为进一步研究花期延长的分子机理提供参考.This paper studies the dynamic changes of nutrient content and endogenous hormones in the petals of Paeonia Dafugui and Xueshanziyu during the process of flower blooming and senescence.The results shows that the content of soluble sugar remains stable in the early flowering stage,increases sharply in the full flowering stage and decreases in the early decay stage.The content of soluble protein increases with the blooming of flowers and decreases at the early stage of decay.Compared with Xueshanziyu,the content of soluble sugar and protein in Dafugui changes greatly.In the process of blooming and senescence,the content of free amino acids in the two varieties increases continuously.With the blooming and senescence of Paeonia flowers,GA3 content decreases first and then increases,GA4 content continues to decrease,ABA content continues to increase,Zr content changes less.The IAA content of Dafugui is relatively stable,and the IAA content of Xueshanziyu changes in V-shape.Compared with Xueshanziyu,Dafugui has the lower ratio of IAA/ABA and IAA/GA3,but the higher ratio of Zr/GA3 and ABA/GA4.The content of soluble sugar and soluble protein changes gently during the flowering process,the lower content of free amino acid,the higher content of IAA,the lower content of ABA,the higher ratio of IAA/ABA and IAA/GA3,and the lower ratio of Zr/GA3 and ABA/GA4 may be beneficial to the prolongation of single flowering period.The results of this study can guide the use of exogenous hormones to regulate the flowering of Paeonia,improve the ornamental value of Paeonia and promote the development of cut-flower industry,and provide reference for further study on the molecular mechanism of flowering extension.
