摘 要:利用叶绿素荧光技术测定“绯扇”“藤彩虹”“光谱”“自由精神”“小女孩”5个现代月季品种的叶片光强依赖的叶绿素荧光性.结果表明:日本月季品种“绯扇”叶片PSⅡ的原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)和PSⅡ潜在活性(Fv/F0)较高.表观光合电子传递速率(ETR)和实际光化学效率Y(PSⅡ)在5个品种间的变化趋势基本一致,按照强弱的顺序依次为:“光谱”“小女孩”“藤彩虹”“自由精神”“绯扇”;而非光化学淬灭系数NPQ在5个品种间的变化趋势与上述相反.“光谱”月季的表观电子传递速率ETR和实际光化学效率Y(PSⅡ)均高于其他4个月季品种,而非光化学淬灭系数NPQ较低.表明“光谱”月季具有较高的PSⅡ活性和较强的光合生理功能,可以作为月季品种选育的优良种质资源.The chlorophyll fluorescence technique is used to measure the light-dependent Chlorophyll fluorescence characteristics of leaves in five rose cultivars,including“Fei Shan”“Teng Cai Hong”“Spectra”“Spirit of freedom”“Maidy”.The results indicate that,the maximal photochemical efficiency of photosystemⅡ(F/F)and the potential activity of photosystemⅡ(F/F)of“Fei Shan”rose are higher.The changing trend of relative electron transport rate(ETR)and the effective quantum yield of PSⅡ[Y(Ⅱ)]among the five tested rose varieties are identical which decreased in the following order:“Spectra”“Maidy”“Teng Cai Hong”“Spirit of freedom”“Fei Shan”,while the changing trend of non-photochemical quenching(NPQ)among the five tested rose varieties are reverse.The values of relative electron transport rate(ETR)and effective quantum yield of PSⅡ[Y(Ⅱ)]of“Spectra”were higher than those of the other four cultivars,while non-photochemical quenching(NPQ)is lower.All these findings suggest that‘Spectra’rose has higher PSⅡactivity and strong photosynthetic physiological function,which can be used as an excellent germplasm resource for rose breeding.
