摘 要:腐蚀失效广泛存在于工业领域,形式多样,机理复杂,缩短了基础设施和工业装置的使用寿命,是工业领域日趋关注的问题。工业腐蚀失效分析数据集收集和整理了1979~1998年国内和欧洲工业装置维护中发生的105个失效案例,主要由概述、环境、材料、部件、测试、腐蚀、失效7个子集构成,总共171个数据项。为了保证案例的质量和有效性,我们评估了案例的完整性,并通过合理性判断鉴别了错误数据。数据集可以帮助用户分析设备发生腐蚀失效的各种直接原因或间接原因,为化工、石化、电力等企业的腐蚀与非腐蚀专业的工程技术人员提供腐蚀分析依据。该数据集始建于欧洲尤里卡国际合作项目,历经973项目、中科院信息化项目,自建成后,一直服务于科研及应用领域。Corrosion failure occurs frequently in different industries.The phenomena of corrosion are very complex,and have a vast set of responsible factors for its appearance.Because the corrosion failure reduces the service life of industrial equipments,it becomes a growing concern in the field of industry.Industrial corrosion failure analysis dataset collects 105 failure cases in Chinese and European industries during 1979 to 1998.The dataset is composed of seven data subsets,including summary,environment,materials,components,test,corrosion,failure,with 171 data items in total.In order to ensure the quality and effectiveness of cases,these cases integrity are evaluated and the errors are judged by the rationality method.The dataset can help user to study various kinds of reasons for corrosion failure of industrial equipments,and provide a basis for corrosion failure analysis.This dataset is supported by the European Eureka International Cooperative Project,Major State Basic Research Project and Chinese Academy of Sciences Informatization Project.It has been serving in scientific research and applications since the construction is completed.
