荷叶调脂疏肝汤联合利拉鲁肽对糖耐量异常合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的研究荷叶调脂疏肝汤联合利拉鲁肽对糖耐量异常合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者的临床疗效。方法 102例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组51例,对照组给予利拉鲁肽,观察组在对照组基础上加用荷叶调脂疏肝汤,疗程4周。检测临床疗效、血糖指标(FPG、2 h PG、FINS、HOMA-IR)、血脂指标(TG、TC、HDL-C、LDL-C)、肝脏彩色超声评分及有效率、ALT、AST、BMI、中医证候评分、SF-36评分变化。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0. 05)。治疗后,观察组血糖指标、TG、TC、LDL-C、肝脏彩色超声评分、ALT、AST、BMI、中医证候评分低于对照组(P<0. 05),HDL-C、肝脏彩色超声有效率、SF-36评分更高(P<0. 05)。结论荷叶调脂疏肝汤联合利拉鲁肽可有效改善糖耐量异常合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者血糖、血脂、肝功能,缓解临床症状,提高生活质量。AIM To study the clinical effects of Heye Tiaozhi Shugan Decoction combined with liraglutide on patients with abnormal glucose tolerance and nonalcoholic fatty liver. METHODS One hundred and two patients were randomly assigned into control group( 51 cases) for 4-week administration of liraglutide,and observation group(51 cases) for 4-week administration of both Heye Tiaozhi Shugan Decoction and liraglutide. The changes in clinical efficacy,blood glucose indices( FPG,2 h PG,FINS,HOMA-IR),blood lipid indices( TG,TC,HDLC,LDL-C),score and effective rate for hepatic color ultrasound,ALT,AST,BMI,TCM syndrome score and SF-36 score were detected. RESULTS The observation group demonstrated higher total effective rate than the control group( P<0. 05). After the treatment,the observation group displayed lower blood glucose indices,TG,TC,LDLC,scores for hepatic color ultrasound,ALT,AST,BMI and TCM syndrome scores than the control group( P <0. 05),along with higher HDL-C,effective rate for hepatic color ultrasound and SF-36 score( P < 0. 05).CONCLUSION For the patients with abnormal glucose tolerance and nonalcoholic fatty liver,Heye Tiaozhi Shugan Decoction combined with liraglutide can effectively improve blood glucose,blood lipid and liver functions,alleviate clinical symptoms and elevate life quality.
