摘  要:某塑胶电镀企业粗化过程中产生大量含铬漂洗废水,总量约为25 t/d,主要污染物为六价铬。对原有漂洗及废水处理工艺进行改造,采用了离子交换?浓缩蒸发联合法进行处理,在较低的成本下实现了废水回用及铬酸酐回收,获得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。A large amount(about 25 t per day)of rinsing wastewater containing chromium(in hexavalent state mainly)was produced from the roughening process in a plastic electroplating plant.The original rinsing and wastewater treatment processes were reformed,and a process combining ion exchange and concentration evaporation was employed to treat the wastewater.The reuse of effluent and the reclamation of chromic anhydride were realized at a lower cost,achieving good economic and social benefits.
