摘  要:彩色夜光纤维是在熔融纺丝过程中添加有色颜料与夜光材料制备而成,其基材大都为涤纶,丙纶和锦纶。因其品种与功能比较单一,采用黑荧烷隐色体颜料替代有色颜料,以聚丙烯腈为基材通过湿法纺丝法制备一种新型的热敏夜光纤维,并研究颜料对纤维发光性能的影响。结果表明:纤维中夜光材料的晶相结构和光谱性能没有因荧烷隐色体颜料的添加和纺丝工艺而发生改变,只是发光强度随颜料的添加而降低;纤维样品在室温下吸收400~700nm测试光而呈现黑色,当温度升高纤维对光的吸收率下降,呈现白色外观。当颜料添加比例为3%时纤维有较好的发光强度和变色效果。Colored luminous fibers are produced by adding luminescent pigments and colored pigments to a spinning fiber substrate during processing.The fiber substrates were polyester,nylon,and polypropylene.Instead of colored pigments,fluorane leuco pigments were also used to produce a new kind of thermosensitive luminous fiber by wet spinning method with polyacrylonitrile as a substrate.The influence of pigments on performance of the luminescent fibers was investigated.The results show that the crystalline structure and spectral properties of the luminescent material in the luminescent fiber does not changed after the addition of the fluoran leuco pigment and the spinning process,while the luminescence intensity decreases with the increase of the pigment addition ratio.At room temperature the sample appears black by absorbing light with wavelength of 400-700 nm.When the temperature rises,the absorption rate of the fiber decreases,resulting in a white appearance.When the proportion of pigment addition ratio is 3%,the fiber has better luminous intensity and discoloration effect.
