摘 要:轨道式门式起重机在铁路集装箱装卸场应用广泛,其走行轨与铁路装卸线的平面布置对节省投资、提高场地的利用率具有重要意义。阐述集装箱装卸线平面布置,分析装卸线有效长起止里程与车挡、圆直点存在的制约关系,并给出计算公式。基于集装箱车列上第一个集装箱中心与轨道式起重机吊具中心及装卸线最外侧箱位中心三者对齐这一前提,推导出轨道式起重机走行轨与集装箱装卸线有效长平面匹配的机制。经案例分析验证算法的有效性,为科学设置走行轨长度,实现轨道式门式起重机走行轨与集装箱装卸线平面合理匹配提供依据。The layout between the track of gantry cranes and the railway loading and unloading line is of considerable significance to cut investment and improve the utilization rate,which are widely used at railway container yards.Based on an overview of the layout of the container loading and unloading line and an analysis of the restrictive relation between the sufficient length of loading and unloading line,the vehicle stop,and the round and straight point,this paper puts forward the calculation formula.Based on the premise that the first container center on the container train is aligned with the center of the crane and the center of the outermost container position of the loading and unloading line,this paper proposes the matching design of the pracitcal length layout between the track and the line.This paper has concluded that the proposed formula provides a basis for scientifically setting the track length and realizing matching properly between the track and the container loading and unloading line,whose validity has been verified by case analysis.
