摘　　要：大量工程建设经验表明,若施工现场管理工作存在问题,会对建筑企业经济效益造成直接影响,情况严重时会对施工现场人员生命造成威胁。因此,建筑企业在建筑工程建设期间,要从实际情况出发,做好施工现场管理工作,保证施工作业顺利进行。A large number of engineering construction experience shows that if there are problems in construction site management,it will directly affect the economic benefits of construction enterprises,and if the situation is serious,it will threaten the lives of construction site personnel.Therefore,during the construction of construction projects,construction enterprises should start from the actual situation,do a good job in the construction site management to ensure the smooth progress of construction operations.
