摘　　要：项目的安全和质量管理一直都是房地产企业项目管理工作的重点,对于房建工程的后期使用和保障施工人员的安全方面意义重大,因此,近年来,房地产企业也越来越重视房建项目的安全和质量管控。Project safety and qualitymanagement has always been the focus of project management in real estate enterprises,which is of great significance to the later use of housing construction projects and the safety of construction personnel.Therefore,in recent years,real estate enterprises have paid more and more attention to the safety and quality control of housing construction projects.
