摘　　要：获益于KTQ论证带来的理念转变,杭州师范大学附属医院采用KTQ质量认证体系标准的PDCA管理方法,应用于新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019,COVID-19)防控中。文章介绍了医院的规范化管理措施,并进行阶段性的总结,以期与其他医疗单位分享疫情防控心得。Benefiting from the conceptual changes brought from the KTQ demonstration,the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University adopted the PDCA management Methods of the KTQ quality certification system standard for the prevention and control of corona virus disease 2019(COVID-19).This paper introduced the standardized management measures of the hospital,and provided a periodical summary,in order to share the experience with other medical units.
