公共图书馆数字化服务趋势解读——基于国外部分国家图书馆战略规划的分析

摘　　要：[目的/意义]在我国公共图书馆全面开始制定“十四五”战略规划的关键时期,聚焦国外部分国家图书馆战略规划对数字化服务的设计,探析公共图书馆数字化服务领域的发展趋势,为我国公共图书馆战略规划制定提供参考。[方法/过程]选取13个国家图书馆战略规划文本,采用文本分析的方法对数字化服务的目标定位、服务模式、服务内容等进行汇总分析。[结果/结论]地区数字记忆构建、用户数据素养提升、数字空间创建、用户服务体验改善、机构合作模式建立以及战略规划纲领指导是当前数字化服务发展重点领域。[Purpose/signifi cance]During the key period of Public Libraries formulate of the 14th Five-Year Plan in China,this paper focuses on digital service strategic plan of some foreign national libraries,analyzes the development trend of public library digital service and provides references for the strategic planning of public library in China.[Method/process]The paper selects the 13 national libraries strategic planning texts as samples,analysis the target orientation,service mode and service content of digital service by text analysis.[Result/conclusion]The key areas of digital service development are the construction of regional digital memory,the improvement of user data literacy,the improvement of user service experience,the establishment of institutional cooperation mode,and the guidance of strategic guidelines.
