摘　　要：响应国家“一带一路”建设和中国科学家走出去战略,中国和缅甸联邦共和国(简称缅甸)双方在生物多样性领域开展了多方面的合作。为支撑中国科学院东南亚生物多样性研究中心开展植物学相关研究,中国科学院昆明植物研究所信息化团队通过数据集成技术,将分散在世界各信息平台关于缅甸植物多样的数据进行了系统的集成、清洗和整合,构建了缅甸植物多样性基础数据集,内容包括缅甸植物基础名录、生物性状描述、标本采集记录和文献报道等。本数据集包含了缅甸约1.5万余种植物的相关生物多样性数据45.73万条,并开发了信息服务平台,其集成的科学数据服务将为缅甸植物学科研工作提供数据支撑。In response to the Belt and Road Initiative and Chinese scientists’s“Going-Out Strategy,China and Myanmar have extensively cooperated in the field of biodiversity.In order to support the Southeast Asian Biodiversity Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Sciences to carry out botanical research,the informatization work team of the Kunming Institute of Botany CAS has constructed a data set and developed an information service platform of plant biodiversity in Myanmar.The data set has systematically filtered and integrated most of published biodiversity data and information scattered in different platforms in the world.It contains information on plant lists,chorography,specimen records and related literature.This data set covers about 15 thousand plant species in Myanmar,with 457.3 thousand data records in total.This integrated data set is expected to support botanical research of this region.
