摘　　要：新中国70年以来,中国共产党对于文化在国家战略布局中地位的认识发生了几次重大的历史性变迁,历经四个阶段:文化从属于政治阶段;文化与经济并行发展阶段;文化与经济、政治、社会、生态协同发展阶段;文化上升为国家软实力阶段。这种历史性演变,充分说明了党对文化发展规律的认识与把握日益成熟,也使我们党对文化建设理论的认识上升到新的历史高度。适逢新中国成立70周年,探索文化发展规律,总结文化建设的历史经验教训,对于我们党领导人民建设社会主义文化强国,实现中华民族伟大复兴中国梦有着重要的现实意义。In the 70 years since the founding of new China,the Communist Party of China(CPC)has experienced some major historical changes in its understanding of the position of culture in the nation’s strategic layout:culture as a subordinate to politics;culture’s paralleled development with economy;culture’s coordinate development with economy,politics,society,and ecology;culture uplifted as the nation’s soft power. This historical evolution proves that the Party is becoming mature in understanding and grasping the law of cultural development;it also raised the Party’s theoretical understanding of cultural construction to a new historical level. At the time of new China’s 70 th anniversary,it is practically important to study the law of cultural development,summarizing experiences and lessons in cultural construction for the Party to lead the nation to build China into a powerful country with socialist culture and to realize the Chinese dream of the nation’s great rejuvenation.
