摘　　要：财务管理实训课程是高职院校财经类专业的一门重要的专业实践课,在业财融合的趋势下,企业的财务管理工作发生了巨大的变化,为顺应岗位工作转型升级,高校在课程教学上也应随之改进,在实训内容的设计上,体现业务与财务的融合,在实训形式上课内和课外相补充,在实训空间上从校内走向校外,实训师资上实现专兼职教师相配合。The financial management training course is an important professional practice course for finance majors in higher vocational colleges.Under the trend of business-finance integration,the financial management of enterprises has undergone tremendous changes.Curriculum teaching should also be improved accordingly.In the design of training content,the courses should embody the integration of business and finance;in the form of training,both in-class and out-of-class should complement each other;in terms of the space of training,both in-school to out-of-school training should be included;as to the training staff,full-time and part-time teachers should cooperate.
