“互联网+”对农业生产经营综合效益影响研究——基于益阳市泥江口镇的调查

摘　　要：“互联网+”本质是应用互联网信息技术,对传统产业的在线化、数据化,使其形成强大的产业融合力。“互联网+”农业可以促进农业资源优化配置,提高农业生产经营效益。基于湖南省益阳市205个样本调研数据,运用结构方程模型分析了农户运用“互联网+”技术的行为对农业生产经营综合效益的影响。结果表明:农户运用互联网信息技术对农业生产经营的生态、社会、经济效益能产生显著的正向影响,能降低农药化肥的施用,减少农业污染,帮助农户了解和办理公共事务,提高农业收入及家庭收入。为促进农业综合效益的提升,提出加大农业绿色技术研发,强化农业生态化发展,落实互联网+政务服务,提高农业社会效益,理性运用农业电子商务,切实促进农民增收等对策建议,以期推动“互联网+”和乡村经济社会融合发展,助力乡村振兴。The essence of“Internet plus”is to apply Internet information technology to online and data based traditional industries,and form a strong industrial convergence force.“Internet plus”agriculture can promote the optimal allocation of agricultural resources and improve the efficiency of agricultural production and operation.Based on the survey data of 205 samples in Yiyang City,Hunan Province,this paper uses structural equation model to analyze the impact of farmers’behavior of using“Internet+”technology on the comprehensive benefits of agricultural production and operation.The results show that the use of Internet information technology can have a significant positive impact on the ecological,social and economic benefits of agricultural production and operation,reduce the application of pesticides and fertilizers,reduce agricultural pollution,and help farmers understand and handle public affairs,and improve agricultural income and family income.In order to promote the comprehensive benefits of agriculture,this paper proposes to increase the research and development of agricultural environmental protection technology,strengthen the ecological development of agriculture,implement the Internet+government services,improve the social benefits of agriculture,make rational use of agricultural e-commerce,and effectively promote the income of farmers,so as to promote the integrated development of“Internet+”and rural economy and society,and help the Rural Revitalization.
