摘 要:针对渗吸采油开发方式下,因采、注井转换作业,导致占井周期长,开发成本增加问题,开展分层采注一体化工艺研究。通过将新型液力反馈泵和新型桥式同心分层注水管柱集成,形成一种分层注采一体化管柱。实施油井转注及水井转采过程中,只需要将柱塞整体提出或下入到泵工作筒。现场在官东6X1区块分别试验2口两段一体化管柱分注井,1口采油井,实施井最大井深3 645 m,最大井斜23.95°,下泵深度最大1 810 m,配水器最大下深3 207 m,试验成功率100%,分注合格率100%。试验结果表明,该工艺可以同时满足直径φ50.8 mm柱塞及目前常用φ42 mm测调仪顺利起下,实现不动管柱注采转换目的。该工艺的试验成功对于低渗透油藏由传统水驱开发向渗吸采油开发方式转变,实现低渗透油藏的经济有效开发具有重要意义。According to the development mode of imbibition oil recovery, the production and injection wells need to be changed regularly, which leads to the problem of long well cycle and increased development cost.The research on the integrated technology of layered production and injection is carried out. Integration of new hydraulic feedback oil production and new bridge concentric layered water injection pipe string to form a stratified injection-production integrated pipe string. In the process of oil well injection and water well recovery,only the plunger is put forward or put into the pump cylinder as a whole. Two separate injection wells with two integrated strings and one production well were tested in Guandong 6X1 block. The maximum depth of the implemented well is 3 645 m, the maximum deviation is 23.95°, the maximum depth of the down pump is 1 810 m, and the maximum depth of the water distributor is 3 207 m. The success rate of the test is 100 %, and the qualified rate of the separate injection is 100 %.The test results show that the technology can meet the requirements of 50.8 mm diameter plunger pump and the commonly used measuring and adjusting instrument of 42 mm at present, and realize the purpose of injection-production conversion of immovable string. The successful test of this technology is of great significance to the transformation of deep low permeability reservoir from traditional water drive development to new development mode, and to the realization of economic and effective development of deep low permeability reservoir.
