疫情防控下居民生活物资采购方式及对策研究

摘　　要：在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间,全国各地对城乡道路交通实施管控,对居民住宅小区实行封闭管理。居民生活物资的保障成为一项突出的问题。在此期间,各地积极采取了不同措施应对生活物资保障问题,努力做到米、面、果蔬等群众生活必需品的供应及储备,确保人民群众基本生活不受影响。通过对居民自行采购、物业代购、电商配送等不同类型的生活物资采购方式进行分析,并给出不同采购方式在实际操作中的可行性和弊端,最后提出疫情防控下居民生活物资采购及供应对策建议。During the outbreak of Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia, all parts of the country control urban and rural traffic and implement closed management of residential areas.The living material guarantee of the community residents has become a more prominent problem.During this period, various localities actively took different measures to deal with the problem of living material security, striving to achieve the supply and reserve of rice, flour, fruits, vegetables and other necessities for the people’s daily life, so as to ensure that the people’s basic life is not affected.Based on the analysis of residents’ self purchase, property purchase, e-commerce distribution and other types of procurement of living materials, this paper concludes the feasibility and disadvantages of different ways in practical operation, and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the procurement and supply of living materials under the epidemic situation.
