摘 要:针对人工除渣工作环境恶劣、劳动强度大、存在较大安全隐患等弊端,通过对现有清理用气动式机械手捞渣叉连接臂、连接套、捞渣叉面形状、捞渣叉面与捞渣叉杆夹角等进行设计改造,将电炉熔炼中的捞渣作业由人工变为机械手操作。结果表明,改进后的气动助力捞渣机械手可降低捞渣作业的劳动强度、改善操作者的工作环境、提高捞渣作业的安全性、提高生产效率。有效解决了电炉人工除渣带来的各种弊端,具有推广应用价值。In view of the disadvantages of manual slag removal,such as bad working environment,high labor intensity and potential safety problems,through the existing cleaning pneumatic manipulator slagging-off dredge fork arm,connecting sleeve,dredge fork surface shape,slagging-off dredge fork surface and dredge fork rod included angle design and transformation,dredge operation in electric furnace melting by artificial manipulator operation.The results show that the improved pneumatic assisted slag dredge manipulator can reduce the labor intensity of dredge operation,improve the working environment of operators,improve the safety of dredge operation and improve the production efficiency.It has the value of popularization and application.
