摘　　要：目的探讨多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者血清Apelin水平及其与糖脂代谢指标的关系。方法选择杭州市妇产科医院2016年1月至2018年6月多囊卵巢综合征患者200例作为PCOS组,同期健康体检女性200例为对照组。收集两组患者的年龄、体重指数、收缩压、舒张压、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹胰岛素(FINS)、糖化血红蛋白(GHB)、胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、甘油三脂(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、载脂蛋白B(ApoB)等资料。采用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)法测定Apelin水平。结果PCOS组体重指数大于对照组(t=9.770,P<0.05),年龄、收缩压、舒张压与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。PCOS组血清Apelin水平高于对照组(t=19.320,P<0.05),治疗后血清Apelin水平低于治疗前(t=39.616,P<0.05)。PCOS组FPG、FINS、GHB、HOMA-IR、TG、LDL、ApoB均高于对照组(t=7.453、20.935、9.588、10.295、7.544、5.115、4.992,均P<0.05),TC、HDL水平和对照组比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。PCOS患者血清Apelin与体重指数、FPG、FINS、GHB、HOMA-IR呈正相关(r=0.597、0.524、0.546、0.495、0.471,均P<0.05),与TG、TC、LDL、HDL、ApoB无相关性(均P>0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者血清Apelin水平升高,血清Apelin水平可评估治疗效果,与体重指数和糖代谢指标关系密切。Objective To detect serum level of Apelin and investigate its relationship with glycometabolism and lipid metabolism of patients with polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods 200patients with PCOS who were treated in Hangzhou Municipal Obstetrical and Gynecological Hospital from January 2016to June 2018were selected as PCOS group,and other 200healthy women who received physical examination in the same period were selected as control group.The clinical data including age,body mass index(BMI),systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,fasting plasma glucose(FPG),fasting insulin(FINS),glycosylated hemoglobin(GHB),homeostasis model assessment-insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),apolipoprotein B(ApoB)and other data were collected.The serum level of Apelin was detected by using enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results BMI of the patients in PCOS group was higher than that of the patients in the control group(t=9.770,P<0.05),while there were no significant differences in age,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(all P>0.05).The serum level of Apelin of the patients in PCOS group was higher than that of the patients in the control group(t=19.320,P<0.05),and after treatment it was lower than that before treatment(t=39.616,P<0.05).The levels of FPG,FINS,GHB,HOMA-IR,TG,LDL and ApoB of the patients in PCOS group were all higher than those of the patients in the control group(t=7.453,20.935,9.588,10.295,7.544,5.115and 4.992respectively,all P<0.05).There were no significant difference in serum levels of TC and HDL between the two groups(both P>0.05).The serum level of Apelin of PCOS patients was positively correlated with their BMI,FPG,FINS,GHB and HOMA-IR(r=0.597,0.524,0.546,0.495and 0.471respectively,all P<0.05),but it wasn't correlated with TG,TC,LDL,HDL and ApoB(all>0.05).Conclusion The serum level of Apelin is elevated in patients with PCOS,so it can be used to evaluate therape
