大学生社区感与人格五因素的相关研究

摘　　要：目的:探究大学生社区感与人格五因素的关系,使大学更好地对学生进行教育和管理,从而促进学生身心全面发展。方法:采用方便抽样法,用社区感指数量表和大五人格简式量表对300名大学生进行调查,运用相关分析和回归分析的方法分析大学生社区感与人格的关系。结果:在总体上,社区感总分与人格五因素总分之间存在显著正相关。在各维度上,严谨性、外向性与需要满足、影响力、成员资格、情感联系之间存在显著正相关。开放性与影响力、成员资格、情感联系之间存在显著正相关。外向性和严谨性对社区感也具有显著的正向预测作用。结论:大学生社区感与人格五因素有密切联系。To explore the relationship between college students’ sense of community and their personality, so as to better educate and manage students and promote their all-round development. Methods: By means of convenient sampling, 300 college students were investigated with community feeling index scale and NEO Five-Factor Inventory, and the correlation analysis and regression analysis were used to analyze the relationship between sense of community and personality. Results:On the whole, there is a significant positive correlation between the total score of community sense and the total score of the five factors of personality. In each dimension, there is a significant positive correlation between conscientiousness, extroversion and fulfillment of needs, influence, membership and shared emotional connection. A significant positive correlation exists between openness and influence, membership and shared emotional connection. Extroversion and conscientiousness is also significant positive predictors of sense of community. Conclusion: College students’ sense of community is closely related to the five factors of personality.
