摘　　要：当前,我国石化行业正在积极推动设备基础管理工作,初步建立起先进水平的设备管理体系。文章介绍了作为管理体系重要组成部分的《石油化工设备维护检修规程》修订编制的必要性和紧迫性、2019版修订编制的原则、主要技术特点和与其他管理文件的关系等。石化行业持续夯实设备管理基础,完善设备管理制度,不断修订编制《石油化工设备维护检修规程》仍然是最基础的工作。At present,China's petrochemical industry is actively promoting the basic management of equipment and has initially established an advanced equipment management system.This paper introduces the necessity and urgency of revising and compiling the Regulations for Maintenance and Overhaul of Petrochemical Equipment as an important component of the management system,the revising and compiling principles of the 2019 edition,the main technical characteristics,and its relationship with other management documents and so forth.The petrochemical industry continues to consolidate the equipment management foundation and improve the equipment management system.It's still the most basic work for the petrochemical industry to revise and compile the Regulations for Maintenance and Overhaul of Petrochemical Equipment continuously.
