摘　　要：由中原某设计院和制造商共同研制了一种适用于输送乙烯、乙烷等深冷介质的立式筒袋泵。该泵于2017年一次开车成功,稳定运行至今,各项指标符合规范要求。相比进口设备,该泵不仅节约了200多万的投资,同时为深冷泵国产化积累了宝贵的经验。文章记述了乙烯深冷泵的设计制造、现场安装、试车等全过程。Zhongyuan Petrochemical Corporation,together with the design institute and the manufacturers jointly developed a vertical cylinder bag pump suitable for conveying ethylene,ethane and other cryogenic media.The pump was successfully started in 2017 and has been in stable operation since then.All the indicators met the requirements of the specification.Compared with the imported equipment,the pump not only saved more than 2 million yuan in investment,but also accumulated valuable experience for the domesticization of cryogenic pumps.This paper describes the whole process of the design and manufacture,field installation and commissioning of the ethylene cryogenic pump.
