摘 要:以汽车纵梁挤压铝型材为研究对象,研究了截面形状、时效制度对型材压溃性能的影响。利用电子万能试验机和电液伺服压力试验机检测型材的力学性能和压溃效果,分析力学性能与压溃性能的潜在关联性。优化纵梁截面设计,确定有利于型材压溃吸能的时效制度。研究结果表明,同种合金不同截面形状压溃效果存在差异,内腔多筋截面利于吸能,压溃效果较好;过时效制度(220℃×2.5 h)下由于型材的综合力学性能较好,压溃效果优于欠时效、峰值时效;对于乘用车纵梁型材采用田字形状截面,时效制度为220℃×2.5 h时压溃效果最佳。Taking the extruded aluminum profile of the longitudinal beam of automobile as the research object,the effect of section shape and aging regime on the crushing performance of the profile is studied. The mechanical properties and crushing effect of the profile are tested by using the electronic universal testing machine and the electro-hydraulic servo pressure testing machine. The potential relationship between mechanical properties and crushing properties is analyzed as well. The section design of longitudinal beam is optimized and the aging system which is favorable to the energy absorption of the profile is determined.The results show that there are differences in the crushing effect of the same alloy with different cross section shape. The multi-reinforcement section of the inner cavity of the same alloy is favorable for energy absorption,and the crushing effect is better. Under overaging(220℃×2.5 h),the comprehensive mechanical properties of the profile are better.The effect of crushing is better than that of underaging and peak aging. For passenger car longitudinal beams,the field zigzag section is adopted,and the aging system is best at 220℃×2.5 h.
