摘　　要：清辊器是铝箔轧机必不可少的辅助除油部件。国内大多数清辊器都是采用V型结构,与支撑辊接触部位多采用聚氨酯材料。为了减少铝箔轧机支撑辊的更换频率和增强清辊器的除油效果,本方案把轧机上原来V型清辊器改造成可以水平往复摆动,并把第二道聚氨酯材料更换成毛毡。如此改造后,既减少了对支撑辊的磨损,减少更换次数,又增强了除油效果。Roller clearer is an auxiliary oil removal component of aluminum foil rolling mill,most of the domestic cleaning roller device adopts V-shape structure,the partcontact with the supporting roller adopts polyurethane material. To reduce the replacement frequencyof aluminum foil rolling mill supporting roller and enhance the oil removal effect of roller clearer,the V-shape roller cleaner on the original mill on is changed as horizontal reciprocating swing,and the second-way polyurethane material is changed as felt,such that,it not only reduces the wear of the support roller,reduces the replacement times,but also enhances the oil removal effect.
