摘　　要：在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控的关键阶段,必须在做好疫情有效防控的前提下,帮助企业安全有序复工复产。在此期间,企业要统筹安排员工的职业健康检查工作。通过分析疫情下职业健康检查可能存在的感染风险,制订出职业健康检查过程中相应的防控对策。建议在职业健康检查的准备工作、检前工作、检中工作、检后处理等四个阶段,合理、规范安排体检工作;确保疫情期间既做到职业健康,又做好疫情防控。At present,the prevention on coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)is at a critical stage,we should help enterprises to resume production in a safe and orderly manner under the premise of effective prevention and control of the epidemic.During this specific period,the enterprise should make overall arrangements on the work of occupational health examination.This article analyzed the possible infection risk on occupational health surveillance under the outbreak of COVID-2019,and formulated the corresponding prevention and control countermeasures in the process of occupational health surveillance.The medical institutions should arrange physical examination reasonably and normatively in the four stages of occupational health surveillance:preparation,pre-examination,examination and post-examination.Such measures can ensure both well-done of occupational health work and prevention of infection during outbreak of COVID-2019.
