摘　　要：本文介绍一种通过牵引绞车拉移、半潜驳配合完成船舶下水的方式。其主要流程:船舶在水平船台作业完成后换墩到移船小车上,通过绞车牵引移船小车沿轨道将船舶拉到半潜驳上,然后下沉半潜驳使船舶上浮完成船舶下水。This paper introduces a method of launching a ship by means of traction winch and semi-submersible barge.The main processes are as follows:after the completion of the horizontal slipway operation,the ship changes the pier to the moving trolley,pulls the ship along the track to the semi-submersible barge by the winch,sinks the semi-submersible barge to float the ship to launch the ship.
