浅谈干式负载箱系统在船舶电站调试中的应用

摘　　要：在船舶发电机试验过程中,传统使用的水负载系统渐渐被新的干式负载箱系统所取代。干式负载箱系统能够实现本地操作和电脑远程操控、平滑加减负载、突加载负载和突卸载负载等功能,并具有占地面积小、自动化和智能化程度高、节约能源等优点。但在实际应用过程中也呈现了一些问题,例如要求操作人员熟练电脑操作、功能浪费和成本高等。本文结合实船应用,对干式负载箱系统进行介绍和分析。In the process of marine generator test,the traditional water load system composed of water load and reactor is gradually replaced by the new dry load box system.The dry load box system can realize the functions of local operation and computer remote control,smooth load increase and decrease,sudden loading sudden unloading,and has the advantages of small area,high degree of automation and intelligence,energy saving.However,there are some problems in the practical application,such as requiring the operator to be skilled in computer operation,waste of functions and high cost.This paper introduces and analyzes the dry load box system combining with the application of it in real ships.
