摘　　要：本文通过对船用主发电机(MAN 5L20/27)的结构及原理的学习和了解,结合柴油机MAN 5L20/27修理过程的实例,介绍活塞润滑特点和工作原理,用列举法分析发电机产生拉缸机损的原因,并通过试验印证了由于活塞润滑的缺陷导致了发电机拉缸的机损事件,为今后同机型的发电机维护保养方面提供了可借鉴的经验,避免同类型机损事件的发生。同时,也提出了在修理过程中需要注意的一些事项,供今后类似的柴油机修理积累经验和参考。By studying and understanding the structure and principle of MAN 5L20/27 marine main generator,combined with the example of the MAN 5L20/27 diesel engine repair process,this paper introduces the characteristics and working principle of piston lubrication,analyzes the cause of the scuffing of cylinder bore by enumeration method,and proves that the failure of piston lubrication causes the scuffing of cylinder bore of the generator.Some matters that need attention in the repair process for the scuffing are also put forward for the future similar diesel engine repair to accumulate experience and reference.
