试管婴儿备孕期夫妇营养干预对精子、卵子质量的影响

摘　　要：目的研究试管婴儿备孕期夫妇营养干预对精子、卵子质量的影响。方法选取2013年1月-2016年5月在我院接受试管婴儿治疗的120对夫妇,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组60对。对照组夫妇常规方式饮食,观察组夫妇进行营养干预,制定营养搭配食谱。3个月后检测精子、卵子质量,1年后统计试管婴儿成功率。结果观察组备孕3个月后精液量、精子密度均高于对照组备孕3个月后精液量、精子密度,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组备孕3个月后获卵数、成熟卵子数、滑面内质网(smooth endoplasmic reticulum,SER)出现率、折光小体(refracted corpuscle,RB)出现率均高于对照组备孕3个月后获卵数、成熟卵子数、SER出现率、RB出现率,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组试管婴儿成功率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对试管婴儿备孕期夫妻进行营养干预,能有效提高精子、卵子质量,对试管婴儿成功率具有重要意义。Objective To study the effects of nutrition intervention of couples during pregnancy preparation of IVF on sperm and oocyte quality.Methods In this study,one hundred and twenty couples who received IVF treatment in Tangshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2013 to May 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group,60 couples in each group.The control group and the observation group were fed by conventional diet,received nutrition intervention and formulated nutrition matching recipes.The quality of sperm and oocyte were detected after 3 months and the success rate of IVF was counted after 1 year.Results The semen quantity and sperm density of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The number of oocytes,mature oocytes,smooth endoplasmic reticulum(SER)and refracted corpuscle(RB)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nutritional intervention for pregnant couples during pregnancy preparation of IVF can effectively improve the quality of sperm and oocyte,which is of great significance to the success rate of IVF.
