绝经后子宫内膜良性病变阴道出血与子宫内膜炎的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨绝经后子宫内膜良性病变阴道出血与子宫内膜炎的关系及临床意义。方法回顾性分析2016年1月-2018年12月我院208例子宫内膜良性病变患者的病例资料。依据有、无出血症状分为出血组和无出血组,比较二组一般情况及有、无子宫内膜炎出血症状的差异,分析相关影响因素及临床意义。结果发病年龄、绝经时长、产次比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);内膜炎组与无内膜炎组比较出现出血症状的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,子宫内膜炎、产次是阴道出血的影响因素。结论绝经后子宫内膜良性病变阴道出血的主要原因是子宫内膜炎。产次是阴道出血的保护性因素。Objective To explore the relationship between vaginal bleeding and endometritis in postmenopausal endometrial benign lesions and its clinical significance.Methods A retrospective analysis about the diagnosis results of 208 cases of endometrial benign lesions in Kailuan General Hospital from January 2016 to December 2018.According to the presence and absence of bleeding symptoms,the patients were divided into two groups:bleeding group and non-bleeding group.The general situation and the difference of bleeding symptoms of endometritis were compared,and the relevant influencing factors and clinical significance were analyzed.Results The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05) in age of onset,duration of menopause and birth time.The difference in bleeding symptoms between endometritis group and non-endometritis group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that endometritis and birth time were the influencing factors of vaginal bleeding.Conclusion The main cause of vaginal bleeding in postmenopausal endometrial benign lesions is endometritis.The number of births is a protective factor for vaginal bleeding.
