摘 要:重型板式给料机的运载高度、宽度及倾角是相互制约的。在专业设计手册中,一般用给料机的给料能力和运载宽度、速度反算运载高度,并对极限倾角说法不一,这是不严谨的。从建立微分方程开始,推导出给料机运载高度、宽度和倾角之间的理论公式,并给出计算实例,推导出理论极限倾角为25°。该研究为大型重型板式给料机运载极限高度和极限倾角的设计提供了理论依据。The carrying height,width and inclination angle of the heavy apron feeder are mutually restricted.In professional manuals,the feeding capacity,carrying width and velocity of the feeder are applied to calculate the carrying height,and their formulations about the limit inclination angle were different,which is not rigorous.In the paper,starting from the establishment of the differential equation,the theoretical formulas among the carrying height,width and inclination angle of the feeder were deduced,and calculation example were offered.The theoretical limit inclination angle was deduced as 25°.The research offered theoretical reference for the design of the limit carrying height and the limit inclination angle of the large heavy apron feeder.
