摘　　要：本文介绍了汽车内饰件成形液压机研发的必要性,在分析现有生产工艺流程模式下成形设备不足的基础上阐述了用于汽车内饰件成形液压机的优势。之后阐述了汽车内饰件成形液压机设计的关键技术条件,包括主机参数特点及设计优化、液压系统设计等内容,并指出该种成形液压机的设计成功将极大提高生产效率、降低能耗,为该生产工艺的广泛应用提供可能。The necessity of the research and development of hydraulic press for the automobile interior parts has been introduced in the text.The advantages of the automobile interior parts hydraulic press has been expounded based on the analysis of the shortage of the forming equipment under the existing production process mode.The key technical conditions for the design of the hydraulic press for automobile interior parts have been described,including the characteristics&design optimization of the main machine parameters,the design of the hydraulic system,etc.It is pointed out that the successful design of the hydraulic press will greatly improve the production efficiency and reduce the energy consumption,which provides the possibility for the wide application of the production process.
