摘　　要：大型液硫储罐长期运行过程中造成储罐着火的主要原因是液硫罐顶尾气对液硫储罐的腐蚀。介绍了液硫罐顶气几种常用的处理方法,如碱液吸收法、降低源头气体浓度法和其他脱气方法,并从反应原理、工艺流程和技术特点等方面进行了分析比较。The major cause of fire in the large molten sulfur storage tank during prolonged operation is corrosion of the molten sulfur tank by offgas at the top of the tank.Typical methods to treat such offgas from the top of molten sulfur tank are outlined,such as the caustic absorption method,reduction of or?igin gas concentration and other degassing methods.Analysis and comparison are conducted in terms of reaction principle,process flow and technical fea?tures.
