摘　　要：2月5日,中国人民银行发布《金融分布式账本技术安全规范》,这是中国首个金融区块链标准规范。标准从基础软硬件、密码算法、节点通信、账本数据、共识协议、智能合约、身份管理、隐私保护、监管支撑、运维要求和治理机制等方面,对金融行业中所应用的分布式账本技术的安全体系做出了一系列的规定。The People’s Bank of China promulgated on February 5 Safety Standards of Techniques of Financial Distributed Accounting Books(Standards),the first of its kind of China concerning financial block chain standards.A series of regulations are made in the Standards in terms of a safety system of distributed book techniques applied in the financial industry in respects of basic software and hardware,cipher algorithm,node communication,book data,consensus protocol,intelligent contract,identity management,privacy protection,support for supervision and control,requirements for operation and maintenance and a mechanism of governance.The special subject in this issue invites experts from regulatory sectors,research institutes and financial institutions to do some thinking in theory and make exploration in practice from three dimensions of policy study,opinions and practice of the industry.
