摘  要:糖尿病视网膜病变和年龄相关性黄斑变性等常见视网膜疾病的发病率在全球范围内呈逐年上升趋势,该疾病会严重影响患者视力甚至造成失明,造成较大的社会公共卫生负担。大量研究显示糖尿病视网膜病变和年龄相关性黄斑变性等常见视网膜疾病的发生发展与氧化应激、炎症反应、细胞凋亡等有密切关系。槲皮素和芦丁使用安全,不良反应少,而且具有提取方便、资源丰富、提取率高等优点,具有毒性低、清除氧自由基、抗氧化、抗凋亡、抗炎症等多种药理活性,对医学工作者们来说具有很大的开发价值。本文主要从抗新生血管、抗炎症、抗氧化、抗凋亡等方面综述槲皮素和芦丁对视网膜的保护作用,为其在眼科临床中的应用提供指导。The incidence of common retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration is on the rise year by year in the world,which seriously affects the vision of patients and even causes blindness,causing a large social public health burden.A large number of studies have shown that the occurrence and development of common retinal diseases such as diabetic retinopathy and age-related macular degeneration are closely related to oxidative stress,inflammatory response and cell apoptosis.The use of quercetin and rutin is safe,less adverse reactions,and has the advantages of easy extraction,rich resources,high extraction rate,low toxicity,scavenging oxygen free radicals,antioxidant,anti-apoptosis,anti-inflammation and other pharmacological activities,has a great value for medical workers to develop.This paper mainly reviews the protective effects of quercetin and rutin on retina from the aspects of antineovascularization,anti-inflammation,anti-oxidation and anti-apoptosis,so as to provide guidance for their clinical application in ophthalmology.
